1.What's your main range and product?
Since 1987, we specialize in Natural Fiber Home Products :
- Fabric (canvas, linen, polyester, oxford and jute fabric), paper, felt, cotton rope, knitting wool, wicker, mirrow, iron wire, maize leaf, rush, PVC/PE/PU/PP, rush, newspaper, non-woven, straw, seagrass, water hyacinth, paper cord, paper straw, bamboo baskets, MDF, wooden (paulownia, poplar and pine) items and small furniture.

3.Where are you sourcing the raw materials?
- Fabric (canvas, linen, polyester), paper, felt, cotton rope, knitting wool, wicker, mirrow, iron wire, maize leaf, rush, PE/PP, rush, newspaper, paper cord, paper straw, MDF, paulownia, poplar items ( Shandong province - the mid-east of China ).
- Bamboo, PVC/PU, non-woven, oxford, jute fabric, straw, seagrass, water hyacinth materials ( the South of China ).
- Pinewood ( the North of China ).
4.What's your lead-time?
- Normally, it takes about 60 days for regular orders subject to formal order confirmation.
- Sometimes less than 50 days ( small orders under urgent requirement ).
- Sometimes longer than 65 days ( very large orders or in special production seasons ).
In general, the lead-time varies according to the volume of each order, the material of the items ordered and the season when the order is placed. However, for hand-made items, repeated orders make everything easier and quicker.
5.Are there any special periods we should pay attention to when we place orders?
As almost all the natural fiber items are hand-made by peasant weavers, there are following special seasons, which do influence the normal delivery time :
- The Chinese New Year season ( usually starts from early February and lasts for about 20 days ).
- The harvest season of wheat ( usually starts from early June and lasts for about 20 days ).
- The harvest season of wicker ( usually starts from mid or late July and lasts for about 20 days ).
- The planting season of wheat ( usually starts from early October and lasts for about 20 days ).
Except for the seasons mentioned above, normal and stable production could be guaranteed.
For your reference,
- The new material of wicker ( available on about mid August ).
- The new material of maize leaf, rush and straw ( available on about late October ).
- The new material of seagrass ( available on about mid December ).
6.How about the payment terms?
Usually,our payment terms are as:
- By 100% irrevocable transferable and divisible L/C available by sight draft in china
- 30% Deposit and the balanced payment by T/T upon the receipt of B/L copy by fax
